The outcome
Practice revenue protection
Taken together, these five areas are what protecting practice revenue actually looks like day to day. HealthAdmin helps a practice identify, manage and follow up the administrative issues that affect what it is paid: claims that stalled, PMBs assessed as ordinary benefits, authorisations still outstanding, correspondence nobody had time to answer. Not every outstanding amount is recoverable, and no particular outcome is promised. What changes is that the work is being done, tracked and reported.
Charged as an agreed professional fee: a monthly retainer for ongoing support, with once-off backlog and clearance projects quoted separately. No commission, and no percentage of what your practice recovers.
HealthAdmin administers the process. Decisions on claims, authorisations and funding are made by the relevant medical scheme on the facts of each case, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.
